•• Delicious giving delight (especially to the senses of taste and smell, and to the sense of humour) (A.S. Hornby).
•• Означает вкусно и говорится по-английски гораздо чаще, чем синоним этого слова – tasty. Но нельзя говорить very delicious. Уж если очень хочется похвалить «по максимуму», можно сказать really delicious (варианты: Tastes great! и довольно инфантильное Yummy!).
